What is the best way to get in touch with you?
I am very accessible via email or phone. E-mail, however, does have some advantages; it allows me to keep an accurate record of what we discussed and provides documentation to refer back to. 

How and when do I pay?
For a website, after a good deal of discussion, and completion of a design survey about what you want in a website, I will send you a detailed proposal with an estimate and what it includes. Once you accept the proposal, 30% of the total project cost will be due.  I will begin with a design mockup of the website, and once approved and I begin actively working on the project, another 30% will be due.  The balance is due upon completion of the project. For website maintenance, email marketing and social media marketing services, I usually bill once a month on a set hourly basis.

How long will it take to finish my website?
All projects are different, but you should plan on about 4-6 weeks for website completion. That includes everything from our initial planning and brainstorming to design and development. Please keep in mind that the process will go more quickly if you have all your content ready to go and you are readily available via phone or email to answer questions.

What Email Marketing Service do you use?
I typically use Constant Contact as my email Marketing Service, however, I have used several and may recommend others depending on the size of your mailing list and frequency of emails or newsletters that you plan to send. I can custom design a template for your company or organization if you prefer to build your own marketing emails, or I can customize all of your emails/newsletters for you. I do require that the charges for the email marketing service itself be billed directly to you.

If I want to sell products on my website, how do I accept payment? 
Credit card payments can be accepted but you will need a premium or business PayPal or Google Checkout account. They charge a small fee per transaction, but you don’t need a merchant account of your own to process credit cards. I can provide more detailed information about this once we get started.

What if I want to maintain my own website when this is done?
Using the web platform that I use to build your website, you can add text, images, and more, with a minimum of technical knowledge.  If you prefer, I can maintain it for you, or we can do a combination.  It will be helpful if you have some sort of photo editing software, like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro, to resize and enhance product images.  A minimal number of hours of training can be included in your quote if desired.
